Retail Store Manager – Hershey Park

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead its Hershey Park location. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory management, payroll, employee relations, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain operational standards, including loss prevention and store upkeep.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail.
• Passion for the Levi’s brand and the apparel industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and make data‑driven decisions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, and ladder work.
