Retail Sales Mobile Associate

About the role

The Mobile Associate supports T‑Mobile retail operations by engaging customers, understanding their technology needs, and guiding them through the shopping experience in a fast‑paced store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge and deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training on retail processes, systems, and wireless innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Perform additional duties or projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferred: 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail setting.
• Demonstrated change agility, strong communication, problem‑solving, multitasking, and teamwork orientation.

What we offer

• Hourly base pay of $19.50 plus $5.00 per hour training pay.
• After training, eligibility for an annual incentive target of $18,000 (performance‑based).
• Guaranteed earnings of $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
