Retail Sales Associate (Part‑time)

About the role

tarte™ is looking for enthusiastic part‑time Retail Sales Associates to represent the brand in select markets. You will be the face of our cruelty‑free, eco‑chic cosmetics, helping customers discover products that combine performance with clean ingredients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor, answering product questions and providing personalized recommendations.
• Maintain visual standards by executing merchandising plans and adhering to store planograms.
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed the SPH target of $200 per hour.
• Engage with shoppers during peak hours, including weekends and evenings, to maximize store traffic.
• Utilize a smartphone to access apps and social media for brand promotion and inventory checks.

Required profile

• Passion for tarte’s cruelty‑free, vitamin‑rich cosmetics.
• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in Sephora or Ulta environments.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Competitive mindset with a drive to achieve sales goals.
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings.
