Retail Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our Levi’s® Outlet Store in Sevierville, TN. In this front‑line position you will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help maintain the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash transactions in accordance with Levi’s cash‑handling guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, pricing, and inventory counts.
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Support loss‑prevention, safety, and security programs.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
