Retail Sales Associate

About the role

tarte™ is looking for enthusiastic part‑time Retail Sales Associates to represent the brand in select markets. You will work on the shop floor, helping customers discover cruelty‑free, eco‑chic cosmetics while driving sales and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, provide product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain visual standards, execute merchandising plans and follow planograms.
• Achieve daily and hourly sales targets (e.g., $200 per hour SPH).
• Assist with inventory management and store upkeep during peak hours.
• Utilise smartphone apps and social media to promote products and capture customer feedback.

Required profile

• Passion for tarte products and the brand’s cruelty‑free mission.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in Sephora or Ulta environments.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Competitive spirit with a drive to meet sales goals.
• Availability for weekends, evenings and other peak retail periods.
• Own a smartphone and comfortable using apps and social platforms.

Required skills
