About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate at Banana Republic, you will bring the brand to life for customers in our Daytona Beach store. You will deliver exceptional service, educate shoppers about our collections, and help build lasting loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing personalized assistance and product knowledge.
• Promote loyalty programs and drive sales through suggestive selling.
• Utilize omni‑channel tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Handle cash transactions, returns, and resolve customer issues courteously.
• Support various store areas including sales floor, cash wrap, and back‑of‑house as needed.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable lifting up to 30 lb and moving around the store.
• Enthusiastic about retail and fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with retail technology and point‑of‑sale systems.
