Retail Sales Advisor

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will welcome and guide customers through the store, using your fashion knowledge to deliver an excellent shopping experience and support the brand’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive customer service and assist shoppers with the OMNI experience where available.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain garment cycles – unpack, refill, steam and ensure proper care of merchandise.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas following best‑practice procedures.
• Keep the sales floor and back‑of‑house tidy, manage stock levels and replenish merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising and create attractive product displays according to visual guidelines.
• Use in‑store technology such as the Instore Care App, Click & Collect and Smart Store tools.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and comply with health & safety regulations.
• Share fashion trends and product knowledge with customers and colleagues.
• Participate in onboarding, training sessions and give/receive feedback.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and a strong interest in current trends.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a store team.
• Willingness to follow procedures, health & safety rules and store policies.
• Eagerness to learn, receive feedback and develop retail skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Instore Care App or similar retail technology.
• Familiarity with Click & Collect and Smart Store tools.
• Basic knowledge of OMNI retail services.
