Retail Receiving Associate – Outlet Store

About the role

Join Wayfair’s Outlet store in Orlando as a Retail Receiving Associate. You’ll be the front‑line brand ambassador, ensuring customers experience the best of Wayfair’s home‑goods selection while keeping the sales floor fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor stock levels, merchandise adjacencies, and presentations across all departments.
• Maintain visual standards set by Wayfair and Tanger Outlets, including back‑room organization and safety.
• Support customer fulfillment across channels, handling order pick‑up, incoming inventory, and furniture delivery to vehicles.
• Participate in store operations such as processing new products, floor sets, replenishment, substitutions, and general upkeep.
• Engage with customers and team members with a positive, professional attitude and share ideas to improve operations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of stock receiving experience; retail or customer‑service background preferred.
• Strong organization, self‑motivation, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks required on a retail floor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) register systems.
