Retail Operations Team Member

About the role

As a Retail Operations Team Member you will be the face of our fuel and convenience store locations, delivering friendly, efficient service to every customer. You will work flexible shifts, ensuring the store runs smoothly and contributes to profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the store during your shift, following company policies and procedures.
• Provide a warm greeting and assist customers with purchases, promoting specials and additional items.
• Prepare and submit a shift report at the end of each work period.
• Maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness, reporting any incidents promptly.
• Operate all assigned equipment safely and support the store’s safety and health program.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with management and customers.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills at an eighth‑grade level.
