Retail Operations Manager

About the role

The Retail Operations Manager will support the Senior Director of Retail Operations in overseeing daily store activities, driving efficiency, profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across the brand’s retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage and improve store systems, operational policies, and procedures.
• Train, coach, and oversee execution of POS, return, budget, clienteling, inventory, and loss‑prevention tasks.
• Establish controls and monitor risks to assets such as cash and inventory.
• Manage retail expenses and ensure budget compliance across stores.
• Monitor accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and RTVs.
• Oversee the clienteling platform and store performance metrics.
• Facilitate communication between retail locations and corporate office.
• Resolve issues impacting service, efficiency, or productivity.
• Assist with store openings, renovations, and lead new technology or process roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical aptitude with solid understanding of financial statements and KPI reporting.
• Proven training skills and ability to influence teams.
• Knowledge of loss‑prevention concepts and enforcement tactics.
• Effective collaboration with internal and external cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and deadline‑driven in a fast‑paced environment.
