About the role

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking an experienced Retail Merchandising Associate to execute store resets, remodels and merchandising projects in Fremont, NE. The role is project‑based, offering flexible scheduling while supporting leading retailers and consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets and merchandising projects according to client planograms.
• Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise while adhering to high merchandising standards.
• Capture project photos and complete reporting using SRS’s mobile application.
• Work independently to meet project deadlines and represent SRS professionally on‑site.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, reset, remodel or fixture installation (preferred).
• Ability to read and implement planograms accurately.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lb and assembling fixtures.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone with internet access.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
