Retail Merchandiser – Flexible Part-Time

About the role

Join Strategic Retail Solutions' field team as a flexible, part‑time merchandiser in Ripley, WV. You will support in‑store merchandising programs on a project‑based gig schedule, handling resets, audits, and planogram implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all types of resets, from simple updates to full aisle changes, following planograms accurately.
• Perform audits, place and maintain POP and POS materials, pull and plug products, and execute other merchandising tasks as needed.
• Use a smartphone to enter data, submit detailed surveys, and upload high‑quality photos live while in the store.
• Communicate professionally with store staff and take full responsibility for the assigned area, ensuring work is completed on time.

Required profile

• Proven experience with resets and general merchandising.
• Comfortable with technology, possessing an Android or iPhone with reliable internet access.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and lift boxes up to 40 lb.
• Daily email access and reliable phone/text communication.
