Retail Merchandise & Inventory Manager

About the role

Rancher Hat Bar is seeking a full‑time Retail Merchandise & Inventory Manager to support its rapid expansion across 16+ locations. Based in Scottsdale, AZ, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating orders, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience both in‑store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Assist store managers with ordering and replenishment for all locations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, including virtual visual inspections.
• Maintain inventory control systems and accurate records.
• Distribute products from the warehouse to stores and manage off‑site event inventory.
• Oversee the online store, process Shopify orders, and coordinate shipping.
• Place orders for new stores and forecast upcoming trends.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse and district managers.
• Run errands, schedule courier pickups, and handle package deliveries.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Physical ability to lift 20 lb+ and stand for long periods.

Required skills

• Google Sheets for inventory tracking.
• Shopify for managing the online store.
