Retail Keyholder / Lead Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Keyholder to join its Cherry Hill store team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create an engaging shopping experience while supporting sales, merchandising, and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and compliance with company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and meet individual and store sales targets.
• Assist with product placement, visual merchandising, and maintaining an organized sales floor.
• Train and coach team members on selling techniques and store procedures.
• Handle inventory tasks such as receiving shipments, stocking, and lifting items up to 40 lbs.
• Support store operations including cash handling, POS transactions, and loss prevention.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Strong attendance and reliability, with a commitment to follow store directives.
• Positive attitude, empathy for customers and coworkers, and alignment with Levi’s brand values.

• No specific technical skills required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
