Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Shake Shack recipes and standards.
• Rotate through all stations, ensuring a dynamic and well‑balanced shift.
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation practices to protect guests and teammates.
• Deliver friendly, attentive service with genuine warmth to both guests and co‑workers.
• Support the restaurant’s values of integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement.

Required profile

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Demonstrates accountability and integrity in daily tasks.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
