About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Restaurant Team Members to join our new Naked Farmer location in Nashville. In this fast‑casual, scratch‑based kitchen you will be the face of our farm‑to‑table concept, sharing the story behind seasonal dishes and delivering a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate the seasonal menu, highlighting ingredient origins and farm partners.
• Prepare and serve meals with consistency, precision, and urgency.
• Maintain clean and welcoming dining and to‑go areas.
• Engage diners proactively, anticipate needs, and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other operational tasks as needed.

• Friendly, energetic, and highly motivated.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Willing to learn on the job; no prior experience required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
