Restaurant Server – Full‑Service Dining

About the role

Join the service team at Le Suprême, a French‑inspired brasserie in Detroit. As a server you will create a warm, attentive experience for guests from the moment they are seated until they leave.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and guide them through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Deliver dishes and drinks promptly, maintaining polished and efficient service throughout the shift.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, daily specials, and the extensive wine and cocktail list.
• Set, clean, and reset tables to uphold a pristine dining environment.
• Process payments and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Support opening, closing, and side‑work duties, including sanitation and safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a guest‑first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during high‑volume service.
• Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
