About the role
The Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager leads the team, sets the work environment tone, and ensures customers receive great food and friendly service. You will oversee the entire restaurant operation and build a strong team.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and train employees, including new‑hire orientation and ongoing training plans.
- Schedule and deploy team members appropriately, address performance issues, and resolve customer concerns.
- Manage the restaurant budget, financial plans, and profit‑and‑loss responsibilities.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
- 2‑4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
- Must be at least 21 years old, pass background check and drug test, and have reliable transportation.
Required skills
- Basic personal computer literacy.
- Basic business math and accounting skills.
