Restaurant General Manager

About the role

KBP Foods, a leading KFC franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead its Ellsworth, ME location. You will be responsible for driving profitability, coaching staff, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash control, security procedures, inventory, labor, and financial reporting to drive profitability.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
