Restaurant General Manager

About the role

The General Manager is responsible for operating a profitable restaurant while ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. You will work closely with senior leadership to set goals and develop plans that drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant to achieve profitability targets and meet McDonald’s critical customer standards.
• Set restaurant goals with senior leadership and create actionable plans.
• Manage and coach Department Managers, helping them set and achieve their own objectives.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of Department and Shift Managers.
• Maintain operational excellence across all areas, including food quality, service speed, and cleanliness.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high‑volume location.
• Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired; hospitality or retail experience also valued.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
