About the role
JEM Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead its restaurant in Goose Creek, SC. The role oversees daily operations and leads teams of 10 to 45 crew members. The position is advertised as part of a search for RGMs in Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, train and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors and Team Members
- Manage food safety, guest service, inventory and equipment
- Drive restaurant budgets, sales and profit goals
Required profile
- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to work irregular shifts
- Track record as a team leader and a passion for customer service and profitability
What we offer
- Salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year
