About the role
The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations of a Taco Bell franchise location in East Syracuse, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and crew members.
- Recruit, hire, train, and conduct performance reviews for staff.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L accountability and payroll accuracy.
- Maintain a safe work environment and address customer complaints promptly.
- Enforce cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, ambitious and outgoing with strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of P&L responsibility.
- Ability to handle HR issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency, especially email and laptop use.
