Restaurant Crewmember

About the role

Raising Cane’s is looking for enthusiastic Restaurant Crewmembers to join its Tyler, Texas location. The role is entry‑level and includes training, so no prior restaurant experience is required. Crewmembers work a variety of shifts, from opening to closing, and help deliver a fun, fast‑service dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly, courteous service.
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to company standards.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.

Required profile

• Team‑player with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lb, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Ability to follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
