About the role

Join Chipotle as a Crew Team Member and help deliver responsibly sourced, real food in a fast‑casual environment. You will work across multiple stations, learn to cook from scratch, and provide friendly service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items by hand at the grill, prep, salsa, and expo stations.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock replenishment and equipment cleaning.

Required profile

• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking techniques.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
