About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly, fast‑casual experience to guests. No prior experience is required – we provide training for every station, from grill to cash register.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s food safety and quality standards.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system, handle cash and digital payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and sanitizing surfaces.
• Provide courteous, attentive service to customers at the counter and drive‑through.
• Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and basic food prep tasks.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving others.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations.
