Residential Moving Supervisor

About the role

Big League Movers is seeking a Residential Moving Supervisor to lead and develop our Single‑A and Double‑A mover teams. Based in the Memphis office, you will set daily priorities, coach crew members, and ensure high‑quality service across residential moves.

Key responsibilities

• Run the daily "Launch" meeting to assign jobs, conduct uniform checks, and verify crew readiness.
• Monitor moves in progress, intervene on issues, and review job close‑outs for performance gaps.
• Maintain coaching plans, update mover scorecards, and provide daily status reports to the Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with Specialty and Logistics Supervisors to coordinate overflow support and truck availability.
• Lead weekly safety audits and conduct spot checks to enforce compliance with lifting and load‑security standards.
• Develop and document onboarding and training materials for entry‑level movers.

Required profile

• Experience supervising small teams in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and schedules.
• Ability to coach, give feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
