Resident Services Coordinator – Silver Level

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator provides front‑line customer service to prospective and current tenants while supporting property staff in delivering a high‑quality living experience. This Silver‑level position works in a stabilized, mid‑rise community of 268 units.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and incident reporting.
• Schedule clubhouse rentals, maintain contracts, collect fees, and ensure guest suites are ready.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, notifying maintenance as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in property or resident services.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software.
• Experience using Funnel and other CRM systems.
