Resident Services Coordinator – Marina del Rey

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator supports prospective and current tenants while enhancing the overall living experience at our Marina del Rey community. You will act as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and fostering a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all resident functions, including orientation, utility set‑up, and package delivery.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries.
• Prepare incident reports in line with company standards.
• Schedule clubhouse and activity‑center rentals, manage contracts, and collect fees.
• Maintain guest suites and provide additional amenities (movies, books, games).
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting needed repairs.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in resident services or community management.
• Availability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, with occasional weekend coverage.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift objects as needed.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
