Resident Services Coordinator – Hardware Village

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator supports the Hardware Village community by delivering high‑quality customer service to prospective and current tenants and by assisting property staff with resident‑focused programs. This full‑time position plays a key role in creating a welcoming, well‑maintained living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome new residents, provide property orientation, and assist with utility set‑up.
• Manage package delivery, notifications, and claim reminders.
• Develop and publish the community newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Coordinate resident activities and events in partnership with property staff.
• Address resident concerns such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries.
• Promote a positive living experience and uphold community standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and staff.
• In‑depth knowledge of property operations and community amenities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
