Resident Services Coordinator – Bend

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator supports prospective and current tenants by delivering high‑quality customer service and ensuring a smooth living experience at Greystar’s 120 & 220 Bend community.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Create and distribute a property newsletter featuring upcoming events, resident services, and local advertisements.
• Address resident concerns such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries; document incidents per company standards.
• Coordinate clubhouse and activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, collect fees, and ensure guest suites are ready for use.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents to confirm satisfaction, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting repair needs to the maintenance team.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting items up to 25 lb in various weather conditions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or property management is a plus.
• Previous experience in resident services, community coordination, or property‑management environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
