Resident Service & Maintenance Director

About the role

Blue Roc Premier is seeking an experienced Resident Service & Maintenance Director to oversee the daily operations and upkeep of its multifamily communities. The role combines leadership of maintenance staff with a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance associates, ensuring timely completion of service requests.
• Perform and oversee HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work, maintaining compliance with industry standards.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and uphold safety protocols across the property.
• Coordinate with residents, vendors, and internal teams to address maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and contribute to the overall curb‑appeal of the community.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance and team supervision.
• HVAC 608 Certification is mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license; bilingual ability is a plus.
