About the role

The Resident Service Coordinator provides front‑line customer service to prospective and current tenants while supporting property staff in delivering a high‑quality living experience. Based at the 33 8th Street high‑rise in San Francisco, the role blends resident engagement, administrative coordination, and on‑site support.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident concerns such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries; prepare incident reports as required.
• Schedule and manage clubhouse or activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, and collect applicable fees.
• Maintain guest suites, provide amenities (e.g., movies, books, games) and ensure they remain rental‑ready.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents for satisfaction, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting repair needs to maintenance staff.
• Support bonus‑eligible commission split for lease renewals and promote a 20% housing discount for staff.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with relatable customer‑service experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and carrying objects.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, service‑oriented attitude.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple resident activities and documentation.
• Flexibility to work a Saturday‑Wednesday schedule.
