Resident Concierge – Massachusetts Court Apartments

About the role

The Resident Concierge provides front‑line service to prospects, residents and visitors at Massachusetts Court Apartments, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth daily operations of the community.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, manage the waiting area, and ensure comfort while they await assistance.
• Answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate team members, and follow up on service‑request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, verify payments, and ensure cleanliness for arrivals.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Document package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and keep accurate delivery logs.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist with planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other properties for training or support.
