About the role
The Center for Applied Communications and Networks at Texas A&M University System is seeking a Research Project Manager to coordinate technical research projects on network technologies and communications systems. You will guide projects from proposal development through execution and final reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate proposal development, track requirements, manage deadlines, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, overseeing milestones, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain project tracking systems, generate status reports, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Collaborate with faculty, researchers, industry partners, and sponsors to achieve project objectives.
Required profile
- Experience managing technical or research‑focused projects.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including academic and industry partners.
- Strong organizational skills for tracking milestones, expenses, and documentation.
