Research Engineer - AI/RL Infrastructure

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a passionate Research Engineer focused on AI and Reinforcement Learning (RL) infrastructure. You will help design, build, and operate large‑scale machine learning systems that power next‑generation physical AI applications such as autonomous driving and robotic generalists.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain state‑of‑the‑art, large‑scale ML infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with researchers to accelerate core platform capabilities.

Required profile

• Passionate about AI/RL infrastructure and physical AI research.
• Experience designing, building, and operating large‑scale ML systems.
• Enjoy working closely with research teams to translate innovations into production.
• Open to candidates with any years of experience, provided they meet the technical requirements.
