RESEA Supervisor – Employment Services Specialist

About the role

The Georgia Department of Labor is seeking a RESEA Supervisor to lead the Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) program across designated career centers. This position provides daily oversight, coaching, and training to staff while ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate RESEA staff performance.
• Oversee scheduling, case management, and delivery of RESEA services.
• Ensure accurate claimant profiling and eligibility determinations in line with federal guidelines.
• Monitor timeliness of participant scheduling and rescheduling to maintain compliance.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training to team members.
• Generate performance reports and monitor program outcomes for leadership.
• Ensure staff adherence to federal and state regulations.

Required profile

• Experience supervising staff in a workforce development or unemployment services setting.
• Knowledge of RESEA program objectives and federal eligibility guidelines.
• Ability to manage case loads, scheduling, and compliance reporting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coach and mentor team members.
