About the role

We are seeking motivated communicators to join our team as remote Truck Driver Recruiters. You will connect drivers and carriers using leads we provide, while we handle ad posting and support.

Key responsibilities

Contact drivers and carriers using supplied leads.
Submit recruiting ads for us to post on your behalf.
Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently.
Build relationships that help drivers and carriers succeed.
Assist with onboarding new drivers.

Required profile

Comfortable communicating by phone and email.
Organized, self‑motivated and eager to grow in the trucking industry.
Interested in high earning potential and flexible work hours.
