About the role

Leisure Life Travel is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its remote team as Travel Customer Service Representatives. You will work from home, assisting clients in planning and booking cruises, resort stays, and vacation packages while sharing up‑to‑date destination information.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through travel options, pricing, and itineraries via phone, email, and chat.
• Create, modify, and manage reservations and maintain accurate client records.
• Follow up with travelers before, during, and after their trips to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide timely, professional responses to inquiries and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple client requests.
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable home internet connection.
• Genuine interest in travel and hospitality.
