Remote Travel Coordinator (Reservation Agent)

About the role
We are looking for an outgoing Remote Travel Coordinator to design and book memorable trips for corporate and leisure clients worldwide. The role is perfect for travel enthusiasts who enjoy helping others plan their perfect getaway.
Key responsibilities
- Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries tailored to client preferences.
- Book travel components including flights, car rentals, hotels, cruises, and event tickets.
- Communicate with clients before and after travel, handling any issues that arise.
- Review client budgets and plan trips within financial constraints.
- Stay updated on travel restrictions, vendor webinars, and destination specializations.
- Develop promotional materials and network with tour operators for package offerings.
- Complete ongoing training and maintain travel agent certification.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US, Mexico, Australia, or the United Kingdom.
- Strong communication skills; sales experience is a plus.
- Own a smartphone with internet access; a laptop is recommended.
- Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
