About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adult patients in a virtual setting.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Participate in regular, paid case consultations with clinical leads and peers.

Required profile

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) licensed in Washington D.C.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience or strong interest in working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EMR) systems.
• Ability to manage Medicare billing processes (experience a plus).
