Remote Therapist – Older Adults

About the role

Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, working from home with a flexible schedule. Sailor Health supplies patients, handles administrative tasks, and offers a supportive clinical community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality psychotherapy sessions to seniors in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans and manage documentation using the company’s EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and collaborate with a dedicated clinical lead.

Required profile

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) licensed in Indiana.
• Experience or strong interest in working with geriatric populations.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Electronic health record (EMR) usage.
