Remote Supply Chain Supervisor (US CPG)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, autonomous Supply Chain Supervisor to manage end‑to‑end operations for a fast‑growing sustainable consumer products company. The role is fully remote and supports US distribution, Amazon, and Asian freight coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Plan inventory and forecast demand across all sales channels.
• Coordinate sea freight shipments from China to a 3PL warehouse in Chicago.
• Manage replenishment and stock levels for US distributors and Amazon FBA.
• Supervise and upskill two remote coordinators.
• Act as the operational right‑hand to the Head of Operations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of supply chain experience in the US CPG market.
• Hands‑on experience with US retail distribution (Whole Foods, Kroger, Target, Sprouts, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong inventory planning and procurement knowledge.
• Fluent English and an autonomous, analytical mindset.
