Remote Supervising Prescriber

About the role

Transcend Medicine is building a ketamine‑assisted psychotherapy clinic and seeks a licensed prescriber to provide clinical oversight remotely. You will evaluate patients, prescribe ketamine via telehealth, and supervise on‑site staff during treatment sessions while maintaining flexibility to work alongside existing commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and determine eligibility for ketamine therapy.
• Prescribe ketamine remotely in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and update clinical protocols in collaboration with the on‑site team.
• Provide on‑call supervision during session hours, ensuring safety and quality of care.
• Coordinate with therapists and nursing staff to integrate preparation and post‑treatment integration.

Required profile

• Active Florida MD, DO, or APRN license in good standing.
• DEA Schedule III registration (or eligibility and willingness to obtain).
• Genuine interest in ketamine‑assisted and broader psychedelic therapies.
• Comfort with telehealth as a primary modality.
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with therapists and clinical support staff.
