Remote Sales Development Representative – Logistics

About the role
We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to generate qualified logistics opportunities for a fast‑growing U.S. shipping consultancy. The position is fully remote, full‑time and operates as an independent contractor, offering a clear path to a Business Development Representative role.
Key responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 300 outbound calls per day to U.S. businesses.
- Engage decision‑makers in professional conversations to uncover shipping and logistics needs.
- Identify at least 10 qualified leads daily and record activities in Pipedrive CRM.
- Use the PhoneBurner dialer and follow structured outreach scripts.
- Meet or exceed daily KPIs for calls, live conversations, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach performance.
Required profile
- Fluent English with a neutral accent suitable for U.S. callers.
- Comfortable making high‑volume outbound sales calls.
- Available to work U.S. business hours (Monday‑Friday).
- Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet home office.
- Coachable, punctual and able to follow proven sales processes.
