Remote Recruiter – In-House Temporary (US)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its in‑house talent acquisition team on a temporary basis. This fully remote position supports a high‑volume hiring environment across the United States, helping to match the right talent with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a large requisition workload while maintaining organization and compliance.
• Consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, process, and accountability.
• Utilize advanced recruitment tools and technologies to source, screen, and engage candidates efficiently.
• Lead and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance on best practices and complex challenges.
• Negotiate offers and ensure competitive compensation aligned with market standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Required profile

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a large workload.
• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment and client‑facing recruiter roles.
• Strong consulting and advisory skills when working with hiring managers.
• Confidence in constructively pushing back on process and compliance issues.
• Demonstrated success in fast‑paced environments; experience with lower‑volume roles is a plus.
