About the role

Kelly is seeking a Remote Recruiter to lead full‑life‑cycle hiring for industrial and warehouse positions across the United States. You will work from any location in the U.S. while partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles and levels.
• Source, screen, and engage both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s Bullhorn ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse setting.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable to changing or ambiguous situations and strong written and verbal communication.
