Remote Receptionist – AI Model Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a remote Receptionist to support our AI development team by evaluating chatbot performance. You will apply your strong writing and editing skills to assess the logical flow and accuracy of AI-generated responses.

Key responsibilities

• Assign complex tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Measure and report on the correctness, relevance, and overall quality of chatbot responses.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve model performance.
• Maintain documentation of evaluation results and suggestions.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Experience in research, fact‑checking, or related editorial work.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).

Required skills

• Advanced writing and editing proficiency.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
