Remote Pharmacist – Centralized Services (TX Residents)

About the role

This position is a work‑from‑home pharmacist role focused on centralized services. The incumbent will implement healthcare strategies, drive patient health outcomes, and manage pharmacy programs while residing in Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Implement direct patient‑care programs such as Medication Therapy Management, Immunization Services, and payer/pharma adherence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, FDA regulations, and company SOPs.
• Drive regional pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies with reimbursement goals.
• Conduct clinical reviews, medication reconciliations, and provide individualized patient and provider consultations.
• Support and train other pharmacists and field leaders, acting as a subject‑matter expert.
• Maintain strong relationships with medical communities and act as a liaison for the company.

Required profile

• Active pharmacy licensure in Texas.
• Experience in clinical pharmacy, patient intervention programs, and pharmacy operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, pharmacy reimbursement models, and quality‑improvement processes.
