Remote Part-Time RN – Swing Shift (5am-10am / 10pm-5am CST)

About the role

IntellaTriage is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its remote Nurse Advice Line. You will provide telephone triage and advice to patients and families during swing‑shift hours, working from the comfort of your home while supporting a fast‑paced telehealth service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls on the Nurse Advice Line, assess patient needs, and provide evidence‑based guidance.
• Document interactions accurately in the call‑center system following HIPAA standards.
• Follow clinical protocols and escalation procedures for urgent cases.
• Participate in a three‑week paid training program and attend scheduled shift rotations.
• Maintain availability for at least two weekends out of every three, with rotating Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Required profile

• Active Compact RN license and residence in a Compact state.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience and at least 1 year in a fast‑paced setting such as ED, Critical Care, Surgical Services, or Med/Surg.
• Ability to work swing‑shift hours (5 am‑10 am or 10 pm‑5 am CST).
• High‑speed wired internet (fiber or coax) and a quiet, HIPAA‑compliant home office.
• Tech‑savvy with comfort typing and using remote call‑center software.

Required skills

• Proficient computer use with a laptop connected directly to a modem.
• Effective use of a headset for clear communication.
• Fast and accurate typing for documentation.
