Remote Part-time RN Swing Shift (5am-10am / 10pm-5am CST)

About the role

IntellaTriage is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its remote Nurse Advice Line. You will provide telephone triage and clinical guidance to patients and families during swing‑shift hours, working from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and deliver evidence‑based nursing advice.
• Assess patient symptoms, prioritize concerns, and recommend appropriate next steps.
• Document interactions accurately in the call‑center system.
• Follow established triage protocols and escalation procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA‑compliant privacy standards throughout each call.

Required profile

• Active Compact RN license and residence in a Compact state.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience and at least 1 year in a fast‑paced setting such as ED, Critical Care, Surgical Services, or Med/Surg.
• Reliable high‑speed (fiber or coax) internet with a wired connection.
• Ability to work swing‑shift hours (5 am‑10 am or 10 pm‑5 am CST) and 2 out of every 3 weekends.
• Quiet, private home office suitable for confidential calls.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and critical‑thinking in a telephone triage environment.
• Proficiency with remote call‑center technology and basic computer operations.
